摘要
工程共同体是工程建设和管理专业迅速发展的研究新领域,现代乡村聚落建设工程共同体在我国新农村建设中发挥着核心引导作用。论文提出了现代乡村聚落建设工程共同体的概念并分析了其演变过程,研究了该共同体的基本属性和分类,并分析了其职能特征。研究了现代乡村聚落建设工程共同体的社会网络构成,构建了该共同体的网络分析模型,包括:共同体的社会网络实地调查、构建关系矩阵与绘制网络图、共同体的网络特征指标评价等三个模块,提出了度数中心度、中间中心度、接近中心度和卡兹指数4个评价优化指标。以堰河生态村为实例,通过长期深入调研和运用所建模型及UCINET网络软件,评价了该村建设工程共同体的实际作用和优化对策,验证了模型的可应用性。
Engineering community is a new and rapidly growing research field of engineering construction and management. The modern construction project community of rural settlement plays a guiding role in the new countryside construction in China. The paper proposed the concept of"construction project community of rural settlement"and analyzed its evolution,and then studied the basic attributes,classification and characteristics of it. Based on the social network structure analysis,the paper built the social network analysis model of construction project community of rural settlement. The model included three modules: social investigations of community,relation matrix construction and network diagram plotting,and network characteristic indexes evaluation. The paper proposed four evaluation indexes: degree centrality,betweenness centrality,closeness centrality and Katz index. Based on the long-term and in-depth investigation by authors,the paper took Yanhe village as an example to build the social network analysis model of construction project community of rural settlement by using the software UCINET. The paper also evaluated the practical effect and optimizing strategy of this community,which verified the applicability of the social network analysis model.
