PBL加劲肋方钢管混凝土界面力学性能试验 被引量:2

摘要 钢管混凝土优良性能的发挥得益于两种材料接触面的紧密结合。为加强外包钢管与核心混凝土的结合效果,本文进行了在钢管内侧不设加劲肋、设置加劲肋以及PBL型加劲肋三种截面形式,3型共20个试件的方钢管混凝土轴压短柱推出试验。分析了不同截面形式试件的荷载传递及界面粘结强度的变化规律;通过3D扫描技术揭示了荷载-滑移曲线走势变化原因。结果表明:设置加劲肋显著提高了试件局部抗屈曲性能及粘结强度,其粘结-滑移剪切模量提升了近一倍,而肋板形式对其影响不显著;PBL加劲肋在普通肋板基础上形成混凝土榫,具有最佳的界面粘结效果;将试验结果同以往试验数据结合,回归分析了套箍系数、宽厚比、长细比同界面平均粘结强度的变化规律。 The tight bonding between the two materials is the prerequisite for the performance of CFST,so the combination of the outsourcing steel tube and core concrete should be strengthened.Three forms of steel pipe cross-section were designed: no stiffener,setting stiffener and PBL stiffener.A total of 20 specimens of concrete-filled square steel tube short columns under axial compression. It analyzed the variation law of load transfer and interfacial bond strength between different cross sections. The reason of load-slip curve trend was revealed by 3D scanning technique. According to the testing results,setting stiffener significantly improved local buckling resistance of specimens and bond strength,and its bond-slip shear modulus is nearly doubled,but the influence of the rib plate is not obvious. PBL stiffener have the best interfacial bonding effect due to the formation of concrete dowels. Combining the experimental results with the previous experimental data,the relationship between interfacial average bond strength with coupling coefficient,the width to thickness ratio as well as slenderness ratio were analyzed.
