摘要
为了有效分析装配式混凝土结构(PC)应用的影响因素,明确参与各方之间的关系。对西安地区装配式行业从业和研究人员进行问卷调查,采用数据分析软件SPSS19.0和AMOS21.0对收集的数据进行分析和校验,结合结构方程模型(SEM)探讨影响装配式混凝土结构应用的相关因素,研究各因素之间的影响作用和装配式混凝土结构的发展现状。研究结果表明,政府部门、市场环境、建设方、实施主体具有正相关性;政府部门与实施主体之间的相互影响最大;专项政策的促进作用、民众的接受程度、装配式项目的成立项、制作水平等因素分别对政府部门、市场环境、建设方、实施主体具有最大的影响。最后,结合某大型建筑企业的装配式应用和发展实例进行分析得出,基于SEM的装配式混凝土结构应用影响分析结果具有较大的准确性和实用性。
In order to effectively analyze the influence factors of the prefabricated concrete structure( PC) application and clear the relationship between the parties involved,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey to the researchers and the precast industry in Xi'an area,using data analysis software SPSS19. 0 and AMOS21. 0 calibration. To analyze the collected data and combine with the structural equation model( SEM) to explore the related factors of the influence of prefabricated concrete structure,the effects between various factors and the development status of prefabricated concrete structure are studied. The research results show that the government department,market environment,the project owner,implementation main body have a positive correlation; biggest influence between government departments and implementation main body; special policy to promote the role,the people's acceptance,the establishment of the fabricated projects,production level and other factors, respectively, to the government, the market environment, the project owner,implementation main body has the biggest impact. Finally,the combination of some large construction enterprise fabricated application and development of the instance is analysised,based on the analysis of SEM prefabricated concrete application effect result has higher accuracy and practicability.
