摘要
当前对隔震结构建筑经济性的研究,多集中于其全寿命周期费用分析,而忽略了影响经济评价的其他要素,尚缺少科学、合理的隔震结构建筑经济性评价模型。为了促进隔震建筑推广应用,减少地震带来的危害,提高建筑物的抗震能力,本文从经济效益、社会效益、环境效益和建筑性能四个方面来构建隔震结构建筑经济性评价指标体系,采用区间层次分析法得到各指标权重,引入灰色理论中的白化权函数,构建灰色区间层次评价模型。通过对某项目实例分析,证明采用隔震技术的建筑经济性良好以及该方法的可行性、合理性,可为隔震结构建筑经济性评价提供理论和方法支持。
The current study of isolation structure of economic efficiency,more focused on its whole life cycle cost analysis,ignore other factors affecting the economy,and lack of scientific and rational isolated building economic assessment model. In order to promote the seismic isolation building popularization and application,reduce the earthquake disaster,improve the seismic resistance of buildings,this article from economic benefit,social benefit,environmental benefit and building performance establishes isolation building economic evaluation index system,using of interval AHP to determine the weight of each index,introducing weight function of gray theory gray whitening,building a grey hierarchy evaluation model. Through the analysis of a residential building project example,it prove that the use of isolation technology building with a good economy and the feasibility and reasonable of the method,and it can provide a basis for the economic evaluation of isolated building and decision-making.
