摘要
本文通过调节发泡陶瓷保温板的烧成温度和烧成时间,分析两者对发泡陶瓷保温板的主要性能指标(干密度、吸水率、导热系数、抗压强度)的影响,综合各项性能的最优组合以及生产节能的目标,最终确定最佳烧成温度为1160℃、烧成时间50 min。
Through regulating the sintering temperature and time of foam ceramic insulation board, this thesis analysis the influence on performance index of foam ceramic insulation board include of dry density,water absorption ,thermal conductivity and compressive strength, comprehensively considering all performance and produce energy saving, finally determine the best temperature is 1160℃ and time is 50 min.
