摘要
对于高可靠性、长寿命产品的寿命估计问题,步进应力加速退化试验是一种经济快捷有效的方法.为了解决步进应力加速退化试验中样本量、测量时间间隔和各应力下测量次数的配置问题,建立描述产品性能退化轨迹的广义逆高斯过程,采用改进的蒙特卡洛模拟方法估计模型的参数.给出产品分位寿命渐近方差的表达式,并以其最小化为目标,在试验总费用、试验样本量和试验时间的限制下,探讨步进应力退化试验的优化配置.最后通过实例,验证了模型和方法的正确性和实用性.
For assessing the lifetime of highly reliable and long lifetime products,the step-stress accelerated degradation test is an economical,quick and useful tool.To handle the problem of settings of sample size,measurement frequency and number of measurements for step-stress accelerated degradation test,ageneralized inverse Gaussian process was used to describe the degradation path.A modified Monte Carlo method was applied to obtain the estimation of the parameters.Under the constraint about the total experimental budget,sample size and termination time,the optimal configuration for step-stress accelerated degradation test was determined by minimizing the asymptotic variance of the estimated quantile of the lifetime distribution of the product.Finally,an example was given to illustrate the proposed model and method.
