摘要
在对女性主义领导力及其两个基本内涵——赋权与分享的领导力和推动变革的领导力进行梳理和界定的基础上,回到中国语境考察跨界女性主义领导力的可能性,具有重要的实践价值。中央党校性别平等政策倡导团队利用十几年时间在周山村试点,通过赋权妇女,提升女性主义领导力,从带动村民一起改变性别不平等的村规民约切入,撬动了家庭—社区同构的父权制规则,取得了村庄治理、社区重建的极大成效。该案例取得的初步成功揭示,在中国,跨界女性主义领导力不但是可行的,也是有效的;其无论在实践层面还是在理论层面,都可有所突破和创新。
The article explores the possibility of cross- boundary feminist leadership in the context of China on the basis of defining two basic concepts associated with feminist perspective,i. e. empowering and shared leadership and transforming leadership. It takes Zhoushan Village as an example to show how patriarchal principles were changed through continuous efforts to revise village rules and regulations in the past fourteen years.The transformation brought about empowerment of women at grass root level and enhanced the village’s good governance and community reconstruction. The village’s success and effectiveness in cross- boundary feminist leadership in the context of China is also an innovative breakthrough in theory and practice of feminist leadership.
