南航金城学院大学生积极人格特质现状调查与研究

The Research of Independent College Students' Positive Personality in Jincheng College

本研究采用《大学生积极人格量表》通过问卷调查对南航金城学院大学生积极人格特质现状进行调研,结果显示:独立学院大学生具有良好的积极人格特质,呈现出高善良、感恩,低自律、洞察力的特点,学生渴望学习和成长,团队性和领导力突出,但认知智慧、社交能力的水平较低,以及其他的群体性差异。独立学院大学生积极人格塑造可依据本调研结果,使育人工作更有针对性和侧重点。

This research uses the questionnaire survey of independent college students＇ posi- tive personality status investigation. The results showed that： independent college students have good positive personality traits, showing a high kindness, gratitude, low self-discipline, perceptive characteristics.Students are eager to learn and grow, and outstanding team leadership, but the level of cognitive intelligence and social skills are low,and other group differences.According to the research results,the educational work can be more targeted and focus.
