摘要 以原型范畴化理论、概念隐喻和概念转喻为指导,对汉语"吃+NP"结构进行认知语义分析,发现及物动词"吃"既包含空间意义,也拥有隐喻意义。隐喻意义是利用家族相似性,以空间意义为认知参照点进行语义拓展的结果。"吃"的空间意义建立在"起点—路径—目标"图式之上,而图式则根植于人类自身与外界互动的经验。在"吃+NP"结构中,"NP"也为动宾结构的整体语义做出了重要的语义贡献。 Based on prototype categorization theory, conceptual metaphor and metonymy theories, this paper aims to conduct a cognitive semantic study on " chi + NP" structure. It is found that the transitive verb chi has spatial meaning and metaphorical meanings. Based on family resemblance, the metaphorical meanings are extensions of the spatial meaning which functions as the cognitive reference point. The spatial meaning is based on the "Source-Path- Goal" schema which is grounded in our embodied experiences. It is also pointed out that "NP" contributes signifi- cantly to the wholistic meaning of "chi + NP".
