摘要
张力腿平台(Tension Leg Platform,TLP)是一种通过张力腿系统固定在海底的浮式海洋平台。张力腿能够保证平台在风、浪、流的作用下保持位置并限制平台的运动。电力系统设计是海洋工程众多领域中的一个专业,而电力系统研究对于张力腿平台在位安全作业起着至关重要的作用。该文提出了张力腿平台电力系统设计的基本原则和设计要求,其理论分析对同型平台的设计具有一定指导和借鉴意义。
Tension Leg Platform(TLP)can be fastened onto seabed through tension leg,which sustains the position of platform and restrains the motion of platform under various meteorological conditions,such as wind,wave,current.Power system design is a profession in many areas of offshore engineering.The research on power systems is essential for operational safety on a TLP.The design and configuration principles of power system are given.Theoretical analysis of power system in TLP is of certain guidance and reference to the similar offshore platform design.
