实习护生职业获益感现状及其影响因素的研究 被引量:29

摘要 目的了解实习护生的职业获益感现状并探讨其影响因素,为提高实习护生职业获益感水平提供参考。方法采用实习护生一般资料调查问卷和职业获益感问卷对389名实习护生进行调查。结果实习护生职业获益感总分为(123.56±13.18)分;实习护生职业获益感的主要影响因素为学历、自愿选择护理专业、曾担任学生干部、对带教老师满意。结论实习护生的职业获益感处于中等偏上水平,护理院校和实习医院应共同努力,根据影响因素有针对性地引导护生感知护理职业获益。 Objective To investigate the status of perceived professional benefits in nursing students and to discuss its influencing factors, and provide theo- retical basis to improve nursing students'perceived professional benefits. Methods Totally,389 nursing students were investigated with general information ques- tionnaire and perceived professional benefits questionnaire. Results The average score of nursing students perceived professional benefits was (123.56 ~ 13.18), the education level, nursing voluntary choices, class leadership experiences and satisfaction with the teachers were influencing factors of perceived professional benefits in nursing students. Conclusion The perceived professional benefits of nursing students is at a moderately high level, nursing schools and hospitals should select appropriate teaching strategies, correctly guide nursing students to perceive the nursing profession benefit.
