摘要
快干型无溶剂复合工艺采用“先涂后混”的挤压混合方式,与传统无溶剂复合“先混后涂”的静态混合截然相反。本文应用聚氨酯反应动力学理论,详细介绍了两种混合方式如何影响混合的均匀性及反应的完整性,并分析了挤压混合在软包装复合应用中的优势。
With the extrusion mixing method of 'mixing after extrusion' , the fast drying solventless lamination technology is totally opposite to the traditional static mixing method of "extrusion after mixing" . This paper introduces in details about the effect of these two kinds of mixing methods on the homogeneity of the mixture and the integrity of the reaction, and as well the advantages of extrusion mixing in flexible packaging were also analyzed.
