认知行为疗法对肝癌患者情绪状态及生活质量的影响

Effects of cognitive behavior therapy on emotional state and quality of life in patients with liver cancer

目的探究认知行为疗法对肝癌患者情绪状态及生活质量的影响。方法选择医院收治的100例肝癌患者,分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予认知干预、暴露疗法、呼吸控制训练等认知行为疗法。结果治疗后观察组患者焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者治疗后6个月生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知行为疗法对肝癌患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪具有缓解作用,同时能够改善肝癌患者的生活质量,尤其是针对精力、情感、疼痛、社会生活、躯体活动方面均具有改善作用。

Objective To explore the effects of cognitive behavior therapy on the emotional state and quality of life in patients with liver cancer. Methods Totally, 100 cases of patients with liver cancer were treated and randomly divided into 2 groups （the observation group and the control group）, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received conventional therapy, while patients in the observation group were given cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of the control group, including cognitive intervention, exposure therapy and respiratory control training. Results After the treatment, the anxiety and depression scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. Ol ）. The 6 months＇life quality of patients in the observa- tion group was higher than those in the control group （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Cognitive behavior therapy can remit patients＇anxiety and depression emotion, meanwhile can remit patients＂ quality of life, especially energy, emotion, pain, social life and physical activity.
