快速康复护理对胃癌患者术后康复及生活质量的影响

Effects of rapid rehabilitation nursing care on postoperative recovery and quality of life among patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨快速康复护理对胃癌患者术后康复及生活质量的影响。方法选取160例胃癌根治术后患者为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组各80例。对照组给予传统常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,实施术前讲解围手术期知识、术中注意保暖、术后康复护理等一系列快速康复护理。结果观察组患者术后首次肛门通气时间、首次进食时间、尿管留置时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论快速康复护理可以显著促进胃癌术后患者的康复,提高胃癌术后患者的生活质量。

Objective To discuss the effects of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery and quality of life among patients with gastric cancer. Methods Totally,160 patients with gastric cancer after radical operation were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, while patients in the observation group, based on the implementation of routine nursing care, and implement rapid rehabilitation nursing including explained perioperative period knowledge, kept warm during operation, given rehabilitation nursing after op- eration. Results The patients in the observation group whose postoperative first anus ventilation time,eating for the first,catheter retention time,hospitalization time and complication rates were lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing care can significantly promote the rehabilitation of patients with gastric cancer after operation, and im- prove the quality of life in patients after surgery of gastric cancer.
