家庭护理对早期宫颈癌患者术后的影响

The influence of family nursing among patients with early-stage cervical cancer after surgical operation

目的探讨家庭护理对早期宫颈癌患者术后的影响。方法以确诊为早期宫颈癌的患者127例为研究对象,分为对照组63例和干预组64例,对照组术后接受常规护理,干预组术后在常规护理的基础上实施家庭护理干预,包括成立家庭护理团队、制订完整的家庭护理计划、定时开展疾病健康教育、鼓励家属共同参与。结果家庭护理干预6个月后,干预组患者术后的心理健康、生活质量及家庭亲密度和适应性均较对照组提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论家庭护理干预应用于早期宫颈癌术后患者,能够提高患者心理健康和生活质量水平,利于患者康复和家庭和谐。

Objective To investigate the influence of family nursing among patients with early -stage cervical cancer after surgical operation. Methods To- tally, 127 patients diagnosed with early - stage cervical cancer were selected divided into the control group with 63 cases and the observation group with 64 cases. The control group received conventional nursing, the experimental group received the family nursing intervention based on conventional nursing, including establis- hing family nursing team, developing family nursing plan, providing health education and encouraging the participation of the whole family. Results After 6 months of family care, the compare with the control group, the mental health,life quality and family intimacy and adaptability level in patients with early - stage cervical cancer after surgical operation in the experimental group were improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The family nursing intervention can improve the men- tal health, life quality and family function in patients with early - stage cervical cancer after surgical operation.
