摘要 目的探讨同情心疲乏弹性项目对急诊护士同情心疲乏和心理弹性的影响。方法采用方便抽样法选择某三级甲等医院急诊科护士为研究对象,将研究对象分为试验组(112例)和对照组(112例)。对照组采用常规的护士职业防护教育方法,试验组采用同情心疲乏干预策略进行干预,干预时间为4周。结果试验组的同情心疲乏得分低于对照组,心理弹性得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同情心疲乏干预策略可提高急诊护士的心理弹性水平,降低其同情心疲乏程度。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of compassion fatigue resiliency program (CFR) for emergency department nurses. Methods Subjects were recruited by convenience sampling. Nurses were divided into the experimental group ( n = 112 ) and the control group ( n = 112 ). The control group received routine learuing,the experimental group received the intervention based on the CFR program for 4 weeks. Results Scores of compassion fatigue was lower, resili- ence was higher in the experimental than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The CFR program is helpful to im- prove the resilience for emergency department nurses and reduce their compassion fatigue.
