摘要
水煮、高温蒸煮袋除了要满足高温杀菌的工艺要求,还要考虑内容物的要求(酸、甜、油、辣)及杀菌条件,同时兼顾杀菌处理的工艺条件、物品流通、仓储、销售等环节对包装材料性能的影响。本文介绍了高温蒸煮袋印刷层材料的选择及使用注意事项。
The production of boiled retort packaging and high temperature retort packaging requires not only the high-temperature sterilization process, but also the requirements of the contents(Acid, sweet, oil or spicy) and the sterilization conditions should be concerned. In addition to this, taking account the influence for the packaging materials performance, including the sterilization process conditions, the circulation of goods, the warehousing, and the sales & marketing and etc. This paper introduces the material selection of printing layer in high-temperature retort packaging and the relative attentions during the applications.
