引黄河泥沙充填复垦采煤沉陷地区域适用性评价——以济宁市为例 被引量:8

摘要 在黄河沿岸的采煤沉陷地运用和推广引黄河泥沙充填复垦采煤沉陷区,分析引黄河泥沙充填复垦时主要影响因素,并基于多因素综合评价法、层次分析法、熵权法构建引黄河泥沙充填复垦采煤沉陷地的区域适用性评价指标体系,并以济宁市为例进行示范与验证。通过构建的评价体系将济宁市所有煤矿分为适用区、较适用区和不适用区三大区域,其中适用区主要位于市域的中北部地区,该区域具有:距离黄河以及黄河采砂点较近、管道输沙时泥沙保证率高、区域地形地势起伏小等特点,且由于采煤沉陷面积大、人均耕地面积少,急切需要进行土地复垦以提高当地耕地的数量和质量的现实需求。该方法可用于济宁市以及滨黄河流域引黄河泥沙充填复垦矿区采煤沉陷地的布局、选址于规划研究。 This study aims to promote the filling reclamation of mining subsidence land with Yellow River sediment along the Yellow River.A regional suitability evaluation index system is built based on the analysis of the main influence factors by taking Jining city as study objective.Multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method and cluster analysis method are used.The results show that all coal mines in Jining city can be divided into zones of applicable area,moderate application area and inapplicable area.The applicable area is located in north region of Jining.The main reasons are that north region is close to the Yellow River and sandpit high assurance rate of Yellow-River sediments,and plain is the main component of the terrain which has smaller relief.Furthermore,the north region is consisted with large coal-mining subsidence land and low per-person cultivated land area.Therefore,the filling reclamation to improve the quantity and quality of the local cultivated land is urgently needed to fulfill actual demand.In conclusion,the regional suitability evaluation index system can provide references for filling reclamation of mining subsidence land with Yellow River sediment of Jining.
