摘要
碳纤维具有独特的电热性能 ,碳纤维在高温下以热辐射的方式传输能量。通过对不同环境下处理前后碳纤维表面的 XPS和 SEM分析对比 ,利用瞬时高温法可以彻底除去碳纤维表面的上胶剂。
The electric and thermal performances of carbon fibers are described, and the energy transmission from carbon fibers is to adopt the means of heat radiation in the high temperature. Using the instant high temperature method, the sizing agent on the surface of carbon fibers can be absolutely removed, which is proved through the analysis and comparison of the untreated and treated carbon fibers under different conditions by XPS and SEM.
