公立医院特许经营初步探索

Research on public hospital franchise

从我国医院特许经营的概念与现状入手，分析了公立医院特许经营的特点，并针对目前医院特许经营中存在的问题，从完善法律法规、管理体制、服务模式等方面，提出了建立科学、高效运转的公立医院特许经营发展举措，并在收入分配、医疗服务价格、社保定点资格等方面提出了政策建议。

This thesis introduced the concept and the present franchise practice at China＇s hospitals, and analyzed problems found in such a franchise. In view of these challenges, the authors proposed such measures as establishing scientific and efficient public hospital franchise development programs in terms of better laws and regulations, management system and service models. Other policy suggestions raised cover income distribution, medical service pricing and social security designation qualification.
