摘要
为研究普通水泥砂浆掺入剑麻纤维后抗渗防裂性能,用平板法进行早期收缩裂缝试验,并取相同配合比进行抗渗性能试验。研究不同长度(6mm、9mm、12mm)、不同体积掺量(0.05%、0.10%、0.15%)的剑麻纤维对砂浆早期收缩性能和抗渗性能的影响。试验研究表明,0.05%体积掺量、长度6mm的剑麻纤维抗渗防裂效果为最佳,裂缝降低系数为98.81%,最大渗水压力提高78.8%。剑麻纤维的加入使得水泥砂浆的抗渗防裂性能均得到增强。
In order to study the impermeability and crack resistance performance of the Portland cement mortar with the sisal fiber, the early shrinkage cracking test was carried out by the plate method, and the impermeability test was carried out with the same mix proportion. The effect of different lengths (6ram, 9mm, 12mm) and different volume (0.05% , 0. 10% , 0. 15% ) of the sisal fiber on the early shrinkage of mortar and impermeability was studied. Experimental study showed that the effect of impermeability and crack resistance of 0. 05% volume content, sisal fiber length of 6mm was the best, crack reduction coefficient was 98.81% , maximum seepage pressure increased 78.8%. With the addition of sisal fibers, both impermeability and crack-resistance of cement mortar of were definitely reinforced.
