传力杆在混凝土铺面工程中的工艺改进研究

摘要 混凝土铺面工程施工过程中,常规方法加工和安装传力杆的施工周期长,对施工进度影响大。改进的工艺是在制作传力杆时,对切断机的刀片进行形状改造,由直型口改成U型口,使钢筋的端部断面由简单的剪切断面改变为压缩剪切断面。形成的断口平滑且垂直,对个别的不符合要求的,进行简单的打磨使其达到要求。 In the construction process of concrete pavement engineering, construction period of conventional process and install method of dowel bar is long, the impact on the construction progress is great. The improvemnet of the process is to make the shape reconstruction of the blade of the cutter, which is changed from the straight blade to the U type blade. The end section' of the steel bar is changed from the simple shear section to the compression shear section. The forming of the fracture surface is smooth and vertical, the individual that does not meet the requirements, simple grinding is carried out to meet the requirements.
