地缘经济取代地缘政治是促使世界空间格局发生深刻变化的关键因素,而这又是通过重构国际分工来发挥作用的。伴随东亚雁行分工体系的瓦解,东亚分工格局发生了深刻变化。一方面,次贷危机所造成的全球经济低迷使日本经济一蹶不振,而亚洲"四小龙"经济也面临全面衰退。另一方面,以中国为代表的新兴经济体逐渐崛起,国际影响力不断增强。面对世界经济发展颓势以及美国"逆全球化"政策所导致的全球贸易失衡问题,中国审时度势地提出"一带一路"战略。"一带一路"战略通过构建以中国为"雁首"、沿线国家为"雁身"的新型分工体系,以互联互通的方式,引领沿线国家实现共同发展,为东亚经济再起飞和世界经济复苏创造了有利条件。它不仅是一种新的国际分工形式的体现,更是历史赋予中国不可推卸的责任。

Geopolitics is the key factor to change the spatial pattern of the world, which play a role by changing the international division of labor. With the collapse of the East Asian echelon division system, division of labor in East Asia has undergone profound changes. On the one hand, the global economic downturn caused by the subprime crisis lead to the Japanese economy unable to get up after a fall, and the economy of Asia＇ s ＂four little dragons＂ is also facing a full-blown recession. On the other hand, the emerging economies represented by China are rising and the international influence is increasing. Facing the declining trend of world economic and Global trade imbalances caused by ＂Anti Globalization＂ policy. China put forward ＂the Belt and Road＂ strategy by considering the situation. ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy is aim to build a new division of labor system which China as ＂Yan Song＂, countries along as ＂wild goose tail＂, by the way of interconnection, leading the countries along to achieve common development and create favorable conditions for East Asian economic take-off and the recovery of the world economy. It is not only a new form of international division of labor, but also a history that gives China an inescapable responsibility.
