Interpretation of clinical practice guidelines and expert consensuses for the evaluation and management of diabetic kidney disease at home and abroad

规范糖尿病肾脏病的评估及处理对延缓糖尿病肾脏病的进展、改善患者生存质量具有重要意义。2007年和2012年美国肾脏病基金会(NKF)所属"肾脏病预后质量倡议"(KDOQI)工作组、2012年国际肾脏病组织"肾脏病:改善全球预后"(KDIGO)、美国糖尿病学会(ADA)以及2014年中华医学会糖尿病学分会(CDS)和内分泌病学分会(CSE)先后就糖尿病合并慢性肾脏病(CKD)及DKD的诊断和治疗制定了相关的临床指南和专家共识。文章就相关诊断及处理要点做一解读。

A suitable evaluation and management of diabetic kidney disease（DKD）is important for delaying the progression and improving the quality of life for the DKD patients. The National Kidney Foundation-Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative （ NKF-KDOQ.I）, Kidney Disease： Improving Global Outcomes （KDIGO）, American Diabetes Association（ADA）, Chinese Diabetes Society（CDS）and Chinese Society of Endocrinology（CSE）successively published clinical practice guideline and expert consensus for the Evaluation and Management of Diabetic Kidney Diseasej and we will review the star points and essential parts of the guidelines and expert consensuses.
