胆囊泥沙样结石是比较常见的一种疾病,病因有多种,有症状的患者往往需要治疗。传统的治疗方法有内科、外科治疗,内镜的微创治疗将是一种新的、有希望的治疗方法。该文对其诊治的研究进展作一综述。

Gallbladder muddy stones are a comman disease. The pathogenesis of the disease involves a variety of factors,and the symptomatic patients need the proper treatments,including the traditional medical treatments,surgical treatments and endoscopic minimally invasive treatment. The last is a novel one and we review its progress of research on gallbladder muddy stones in this paper.
