脊髓损伤是脊柱外科常见的严重疾患之一,其治疗一直是世界性难题。脊髓损伤后继发性损伤所引起的后果更严重,细胞自噬与凋亡在其调控过程中起重要作用。该文对近年来脊髓损伤治疗干预对细胞自噬及凋亡影响的相关研究进展作一综述。

Spinal cord injury is one of the common and serious diseases in spinal surgery,and its treatment has been a worldwide tough problem. Secondary injury caused by spinal cord injury is more serious,and autophagy and apoptosis play an important role in the process of regulation. The research progress of the effects of therapeutic intervention on autophagy and apoptosis in spinal cord injury is reviewed in this paper.
