摘要
本法采用玻璃熔片法对地质样品中石英岩样品进行熔融稀释处理,为消除基体效应所带来的影响,在1150℃下熔融制成玻璃熔片,有效地消除样品中的矿物、粒度效应的影响,采用无水四硼酸锂,偏硼酸锂混合熔剂高温熔融制样和X射线荧光光谱法,同时测定石英岩中SiO_2,Al_2O_3,Mg O,Ti O_2,P_2O_5,K_2O,Cr_2O_3等元素。测量结果的精密度和准确度可媲美化学法,此方法测试数据准确,适用于地质样品中石英岩的各主要元素分析。
By using the method of quartz rock samples in geological samples for processing molten glass melting dilution plate method, as the impact of elimination of matrix effects, under the temperature of 1150 ℃ melting made of glass bead, effectively eliminate the samples of minerals, the effect of size four, with anhydrous lithium borate and lithium metaborate mixed flux melting sample preparation and X ray fluorescence spectrometry for simultaneous determination of SiO2, Al2O3, MgO, TiO2, P2O5, K2O, Cr2O3 and other elements. The precision and accuracy can be comparable to chemical method, the method of accurate test data, analysis of major elements in geological samples for quartz rocks.
