改善子宫内膜容受性方法的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 近年来,不孕症患者逐渐增多。虽然辅助生殖技术取得了一定进步,但较低的胚胎种植率仍是影响生殖技术发展的一大难题,良好的子宫内膜容受性是决定胚胎成功着床的关键。因此,如何提高子宫内膜容受性显得尤为重要。目前,已有多种改善子宫内膜容受性的方法应用于临床,包括药物治疗和手术治疗。许多方法已取得良好的治疗效果,提高了子宫内膜容受性。但有些治疗方法仍存在争议,需要高质量大样本的研究证实其有效性,以期为未来的临床治疗提供精确指导。 In recent years,the infertility patients are increasing. Although the development of assisted reproductive technology has made a certain progress,a lower embryo implantation rate is still a difficult problem to affect the development.Good endometrial receptivity is the key factor determining the embryo implantation success. Therefore,how to improve the endometrial receptivity is particularly important. There are a variety of measures to improve the endometrial receptivity in clinical,including drug and surgery therapy. Many methods have achieved good therapeutic effect. Some methods are still controversial,needing high quality and large sample studies for the validation of the effectiveness,so as to provide accurate guidance for future clinical treatment.
