摘要
超声弹性成像技术是新一代超声诊断技术,通过组织间硬度的差别,对组织自身的弹性特性进行成像,能够获得组织内部的弹性分布定量信息,更准确提示病变性质。由于超声弹性成像具有客观、无创、方便等优点,且发展迅速,故成为超声医学领域的一个研究热点。近年来,超声弹性成像在儿童肌肉、颅脑、肝脏、睾丸附睾、血管瘤等器官疾病的诊治中得到了应用和发展。
Ultrasound elastography is a new generation of ultrasonic diagnosis technology,for imaging the elastic characteristics of the tissue through identification of the tissue hardness differences,which can obtain the quantitative elastic distribution information within and reflect the nature of the lesions more accurately. It has become a study focus of ultrasonic medicine for it is objective,noninvasive and convenient,especially in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diseases,including diseases of muscle,brain,liver,testis and epididymis,and hemangioma and so on.
