额窦影像在法医学中的研究进展

Research Progress of Frontal Sinus Radiographic Imaging in Forensic

额窦因其独特的解剖学特点,已成为法医学、人类学、考古学等领域重要的研究内容。在以往的研究中,由于额窦形态结构较为稳定,个体间变异较大,使其常作为进行个体识别的研究对象,而且应用额窦影像特点进行个体识别已成为一种十分有效的法律依据。但目前额窦的发育规律及其影像特点与性别之间相关性的问题,国外学者对此持有不同的看法,而国内学者对此问题的研究还甚少。

Frontal sinus has become an important research interest for forensic medicine,anthropology,archaeology and other fields because of its unique anatomical features. In previous studies,due to the stable structure of the frontal sinus morphology and large variation among individuals,frontal sinus has become the research object of individual identification,even to the extent that the application of frontal sinus imaging to identify the individual has become a very effective legal basis.But at present,regarding the development of frontal sinus and whether there is a correlation between gender and frontal sinus imaging,foreign scholars still hold different views,while the domestic research on these issues is still very little.
