Imaging Diagnosis of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

随着剖宫产率的升高,剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)的发生率也越来越高,早期诊断CSP具有重要意义。用于早期诊断CSP的影像学方法包括经腹超声、经阴道超声、腔内探头经腹超声、三维超声以及磁共振成像等。早期明确CSP,尽早终止妊娠,避免因盲目流产引起的子宫破裂、大出血、子宫切除等严重并发症,对于保留患者的生育功能、保证生命健康有重要意义。

With the increasing of cesarean section rate,the incidence of cesarean scar pregnancy（ CSP） trends to grow,and early diagnosis has a great prognostic value. The methods for early diagnosis of CSP include transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound,transabdominal intracavitary probe ultrasound,3D ultrasound,and magnetic resonance imaging. Earlier identification of CSP and earlier termination to avoid the uterine rupture,hemorrhea,uterectomy due to unprepared abortion is of great significance for the retention of fertility and ensure the health of life.
