摘要
相关研究表明,我国上市公司普遍存在过度投资或投资不足的非效率资本配置,这严重影响经济平稳、健康的发展,成为亟待解决的问题。产融结合作为一种非正式的机制安排,是社会资源达到最有效配置的客观要求,已成为不可遏制的世界潮流。通过对产融结合经济后果、资本配置效率影响因素研究的国内外文献进行综述,指出未来研究的方向和趋势。
Related research shows that over- investment and under-investment are widespread in the listed companies of China,which has seriously affectted the stable and healthy economic development and become a problem to be solved.As an informal institutional arrangement,the combination of industry and finance has become an unstoppable trend of the world,which is the objective requirement to achieve the most efficient allocation of social resources.This paper aims to review literatures at home and abroad about the consequences of combination of industry and finance and the factors affecting capital allocation efficiency,and point out the future research direction and trend.
