早发型重度子痫前期发病机制的研究进展

Research progress on the pathogenesis of early-onset severe preeclampsia

早发型重度子痫前期发病早、病情重、进展快、母体并发症、围生儿病死率高,发病越早,妊娠结局越差,众多学者对其发病机制进行大量研究,期望能针对发病机制制定出应对治疗措施、控制病情发展。结合实际情况,本文对早发型重度子痫前期发病机制研究进展情况作简要综述。

Early onset severe preeclampsia is featured by early onset,severe condition,rapid progression,and high incidence of maternal complications and fatality rate in perinatal infants,the earlier the onset of it,the pregnancy outcome becomes poorer.Many scholars did quite a lot research on its pathomechanism in order to draft the corresponding measure targeted on the pathogenesis and control the development of disease.Together with the actual situation,the paper briefly reviews the pathomechanism of EOSP.
