左卡尼汀治疗对老年心力衰竭患者心肌缺血症状及心功能的影响

Effect of Levocarnitine on myocardial ischemia and cardiac function in elderly patients with heart failure

目的研究分析老年心力衰竭患者应用左卡尼汀治疗对其心肌缺血症状及心功能的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2016年9月我院收治的老年心力衰竭患者92例进行分析。以随机为原则分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组患者使用常规抗心力衰竭治疗,另一组患者在其基础上,使用左卡尼汀治疗(研究组)。对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后左心室射血分数、心电图情况。结果研究组患者总有效率为91.30%,高于对照组的73.91%(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后NST、∑ST低于对照组,研究组LVEF标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼汀治疗老年心力衰竭患者,效果显著,能有效改善心肌缺血症状及心功能。

Objective To study and analyze the influence of clinical application of Levocarnitine on manifestations of myocardial ischemia and cardiac function in elderly patients with heart failure.Methods From January 2013 to September 2016,92 elderly patients with congestive heart failure were admitted into our hospital and were analyzed.According to the random principle,all patients were evenly divided into control group and research group,with 46 cases in each gorup.Patients in control group were treated with conventional anti-heart failure,while in the research group,on the basis of the control group,Levocarnitine was added.The clinical efficacy,left ventricular ejection fraction before and after treatment and electrocardiogram were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 91.30%,higher than that in the control group accounting for 73.91%（P〈0.05）.The data of NST and ΣST in the research group were both lower than those in the control group,and the index of LVEF in the research group was higher than that of in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure,Levocarnitine can obtain a remarkable effect on effective improvement of myocardial ischemic symptoms and cardiac function.
