单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果

Effect of Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets combined with Qishenyiqi Drop Pills in treatment of chronic heart failure

目的观察单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法选取2016年4~11月我院内科就诊的慢性心力衰竭患者100例,将其随机分成治疗组与对照组,各50例,两组常规治疗相同均使用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、醛固酮拮抗剂、利尿剂,必要时使用地高辛。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合芪参益气滴丸。1个月为1个疗程,至少服用1个疗程。比较两组治疗前后的心功能改善情况。结果治疗组治疗效果优于对照组(总有效率:96.00%vs.72.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭有较好的效果,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets combined with Qishenyiqi Drop Pills in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic heart failure were treated in our department of internal medicine from April to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group（n=50） and control group（n=50）.The participants in the two groups were treated with routine therapy including angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,β-blockers,aldosterone antagonists,diuretics,and if necessary,digoxin.In the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets and Qishenyiqi Drop Pills were added.One course of treatment was lasted for one month.At least one course of treatment was needed.The improvement of cardiac function before and after therapy was compared.Results The effect in the treatment group was better than that of in control group total effeetive rate：96.00 vs. 72.00%,with a statisticant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets and Qishenyiqi Drop Pills intreat ment of chronic heart failure obtains a good effect with a lower incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
