盐酸美金刚联合尼莫地平治疗老年血管性痴呆的效果观察

Effect observation of Memantine Hydrochloride combined with Nimodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with vascular dementia

目的探讨盐酸美金刚联合尼莫地平治疗老年血管性痴呆的效果。方法选择2012年1月~2015年2月我院收治的94例老年血管性痴呆患者,随机分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47)。给予对照组患者口服尼莫地平;观察组在对照组基础上加服盐酸美金刚片治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗12周时的简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分、临床痴呆评定量表(CDR)评分和日常生活能力量表(ADLS)评分以及不良事件发生情况。结果治疗12周时,两组患者的MMSE评分和ADLS评分均显著升高(P<0.05),CDR评分显著降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗12周时的MMSE评分和ADLS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CDR评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸美金刚联合尼莫地平能够有效改善患者认知功能和日常生活能力,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Memantine Hydrochloride combined with Nimodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with vascular dementia（VD）. Methods 94 elderly patients with VD treated by our hospital from Jan uary 2012 to February 2015 were selected and they were randomly divided into control group（n=47） and observation group（n=47）.The control group was given oral Nimodipine.The observation group was given Memantine Hydrochloride for treatment based on the control group.MMSE score,CDR score and ADLS score and adverse events were compared between two groups before treatment and 12 weeks of treatment were observed and compared.Results At 12 weeks of treatment,MMSE and ADLS score of the two groups were significantly increased（P〈0.05）,CDR score was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.MMSE and ADLS score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）,CDR score was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05） at 12 weeks.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Memantine Hydrochloride combined with Ni modipine can effectively improve cognitive function and ability of daily life of elderly patients with VD,and it has high security.
