雾化吸入联合高频胸壁振荡治疗小儿重症肺炎的护理配合 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析雾化吸入联合高频胸壁振荡排痰机治疗儿小重症肺炎的效果,并探讨其护理配合。方法将2014年1月~2015年3月我院儿科治疗的108例重症肺炎患儿作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为两组,每组54例。对照组患儿应用常规治疗后,给予雾化吸入并叩背排痰;观察组患儿在常规治疗的基础上,应用雾化吸入联合高频胸壁振荡排痰机治疗,并给予相应护理配合,主要包括基础护理、安全使用指导和病情监测护理,比较两组患儿治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组患儿总有效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组的68.52%,观察组患儿的退热时间[(2.09±0.59)d]、气促改善时间[(1.52±0.48)d]、咳嗽缓解时间[(2.81±0.87)d]、心衰改善时间[(1.69±0.42)d]和肺部啰音消失时间[(5.62±1.01)d]均明显短于对照组[(6.11±1.56)d、(5.42±1.94)d、(7.14±2.86)d、(3.45±0.99)d和(11.37±3.86)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于重症肺炎患儿应用雾化吸入联合高频胸壁振荡排痰机进行治疗并给予相应护理配合,临床效果更明显,患儿的临床症状缓解时间明显缩短,有助于患儿恢复身心健康,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective To analyze the effect of aerosol inhalation combined with high frequency chest wall oscillation sputum elimination machine in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia,and to explore the nursing cooperation.Methods 108 cases of pediatric with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected as research object and randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,each group of 54 cases.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,called back expectoration and inhalation;while patients in the observation group on the basis of routine treatment were given aerosol inhalation combined with high frequency chest wall oscillation sputum elimination machine,and given the corresponding nursing,including basic nursing,inhalation of vibration sputum and anti infection,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared after treatment.Results Total efficiency rate(94.44%) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.52%),cooling time [(2.09 ±0.59) d],the improvement time of shortness of breath [(1.52 ±0.48) d],cough relief time[(2.81±0.87) d],heart failure improved time [(1.69±0.42) d] and pulmonary rales disappeared time [(5.62±1.01) d] of the observation group was significantly less than that the control group [(6.11 ±1.56) d,(5.42±1.94) d,(7.14±2.86) d,(3.45±0.99) d and(11.37±3.86) d],with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion For children with severe pneumonia treated by aerosol inhalation combined with high frequency chest wall oscillation sputum elimination machine treatment and appropriate nursing,clinical curative effect is more obvious,the clinical symptom remission time is significantly shorter,to help the restoration of physical and mental health,which is worthy of wide application.
