陶瓷插芯微孔加工机精密主轴的结构设计

摘要 根据陶瓷插芯微孔加工工艺要求设计了加工机的主轴结构,并对其封装插芯零件的专用夹具进行了设计。该精密主轴的结构设计巧妙,内部为中空设计,可封装待加工零件和夹具,并可同时加工20个零件。将该主轴投入生产不仅达到了加工要求而且大大提高了生产效率,并为同类产品的设计提供了参考依据。 The structure of the spindle was designed according to the requirements of the ceramic ferrule micropore making process, then the special fixture was also designed. The structure design of the precision spindle was very ingenious, it was hollow and the workpieces and fixture were encapsulated inside, 20 workpieces were processed at the same time. In the production, not only the spindle was met the requirement, but also the productivity was increased greatly. The structure design of the spindle provides reference for the design of similar products.
