摘要
随着煤矿综采设备检修量的不断增大,在检修过程中存在的设备局部结构件变形量也在不断地增多、增大。在检修工作中,通过制作一种可移动的悬臂压力机,对检修过程中各个具有修复价值的变形结构件进行整形,来实现检修的目的。在保证检修质量的前提下,该压力机结构简单,操作方便,造价低廉,适合大部分煤矿机修厂使用,不仅可以提高劳动生产效率,还可大大降低工人的劳动强度,实现了提质增效的目的。
With increasing amount of coal mine fully mechanized equipment maintenance, local structural deibrmation in the maintenance process of equipment is also in unceasing increase. In maintenance work, by making a portable cantilever press, the deformed parts with fixed value were shaped to achieve the purpose of repair. On the premise of guaranteeing the maintenance quality, the press has simple structure, convenient operation, low cost, suitable for most of the coal mine repair workshop. Not only labor productivity can he improved, hut also the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, to achieve the purpose of the mass efficiency.
