摘要
普通透气塞性能不能满足井下减速器实际需要,研究钢+橡胶复合结构形式的新型透气塞,利用橡胶唇口两侧压力差并控制唇口开度,实现呼吸和密封功能。实际使用证明:新型复合式透气塞既能高效透气,也能有效控制润滑油外渗。
Ordinary air plug performance can' t meet actual needs of the coal mine reducer. A new composite structure air plug with steel and rubber was studied. The pressure difference on both sides of the rubber lip was used to control the opening size of the lip, to achieve functions of breathing and sealing. Practice proves that the new type of composite air plug can ventilate and control the oil leakage effectively.
