摘要
针对土压平衡顶管机基本动作需求设计了液压主顶系统,对液压主顶系统的工况进行分析,得出液压主顶系统的总顶力以及油缸最大顶力。根据油缸最大顶力进一步计算了液压主顶系统的主要参数,并通过方案对比对液压主顶系统的同步回路、方向控制回路和供油方式进行设计。对液压主顶系统的压力损失和工作温度进行验算,结果表明:该液压主顶系统的压力损失和工作温度在适宜范围内,系统可正常工作。
The main hydraulic jacking system was designed for earth pressure balance pipe jacking machine aiming at its functional requirements. Its working condition was analyzed for calculating total jacking force and maximum hydraulic jacking force of the main hydraulic jacking system. The parameters of the hydraulic system were calculated according to the maximum hydraulic jacking force, and the synchronous circuit, direction control circuit and oil supply mode were designed by comparison. The pressure loss and working temperature of the main hydraulic jacking system were checked. The results show that the pressure loss and the working temperature of the hydraulic system are proper.
