摘要
针对当前车载道路护栏清洗机滚刷单自由度清洗护栏清洁效果不佳的现状,提出新型双自由度液压缸驱动滚刷对道路护栏实施双自由度清洗的解决方案。新型双自由度液压缸的活塞端面反向均匀布置两组沟槽,且与缸体油孔相对应,活塞杆输入旋转运动时,活塞沟槽与缸体油孔周期性沟通,实现液压缸两腔液压油压力交替变化,活塞杆在压力差作用下输出轴向滑动。利用新型双自由度液压缸对传统车载道路护栏清洗机进行改造,可以实现滚刷双自由度清洗护栏,有效提高道路护栏清洗机的工作效率,利于道路护栏清洗行业节能减排。此解决方案成本低廉,改造技术难度小,具有广泛的工程应用价值。
For the current status of the poor cleaning effect to the road barrier by using the traditional vehicle loaded road barrier cleaning machine with SDOF brushes, the solution was proposed by using the brushes with two-dimension freedom motivation driven by the novel two-dimension freedom hydraulic cylinder to clean the road barrier. Two groups of grooves were reverse arranged evenly in the piston, which were corresponded to the holes in the cylinder body. When the piston rod rotated, the grooves arranged in the piston communicated periodically with the holes in the cylinder body. The hydraulic pressures in the two chambers of the hydraulic cylinder were alternated periodically, then the piston rod driven by the pressure difference was slid axially. Two-dimension freedom output of the brushes can be used to clean the road barriers effectively, if the traditional vehicle loaded road barrier cleaning machine is reformed by using novel hydraulic cylinder. At the same time, the targets energy conversed and emission reduced can be achieved. This solution is low cost and easy to implement, and is suitable for a wide range of engineering applications.
