摘要
各种规格十字轴的生产,基本上都是大规模、大批量、专业化流水线作业。模锻制坯后,第一道加工工序是平端面钻中心孔,为争取高精度、高效率,一般都自行设计或将普通设备改造成专用设备。利用废旧普通车床,采用集机、电、液于一体的改造方案,对机械传动系统进行了简化,利用齿轮齿条机构旋转分度和插销定位;拟定了新的液压系统和控制电路,采用储能器与小流量定量泵组成的油源和主缸差动连接。实践证明:该专机设备改造实现了投入少、见效快、效率高的目的,对同类产品生产有较好的借鉴意义。
The production of all kinds of spiders is almost from a professional pipeline with large scale and large quantities. After blank making, the first manufacturing procedure is fiat end drilling. In order to get high accuracy and high efficiency, factories use their own designs or transform a conventional equipment to a special equipment. The reformation scheme of integrated machine, electricity and liquid aiming at used ordinary lathe was analyzed. The mechanical transmission system was simplified. The gear and rack mechanism was used for rotary indexing and dowel pin was used for position. A new hydraulic system and control circuit were designed. Differential connection between mail cylinder and oil source which was made with accumulator and small-flow pump was adopted. Practice proves the special equipment is cheaper and faster and high efficiency. It will be of great significance to the produce of the same kind of product.
