摘要 在国防信息化加速推进过程中,雷达、军工通信与军工电子等方面越来越需要化合物半导体。砷化镓半导体为射频通讯核心,无线通讯推动砷化镓半导体市场快速发展。SiC市场已正式形成,未来在电动汽车中将大有可为。GaN性能更强,成为半导体材料中的新贵。 In the process of national defense information acceleration, radar, military communications and military electronics increasingly need compound semiconductors, as the core of RF communications, The GaAs semiconductor promotes the rapid development in wireless communications. The SiC market has been officially formed in the future, and electric cars will have a brilliant future. The performance of GaN is stronger and become an upstart in the semiconductor material.
