早期乳腺癌通过保乳术与改良根治术治疗的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Breast Conserving Surgery and Radical Surgery in the Treatment of Early Breast Cancer

目的:探讨早期乳腺癌通过保乳术与改良根治术治疗效果。方法:收集笔者所在医院行手术治疗早期乳腺癌患者78例临床资料行回顾性分析,根据患者手术方式分为保乳术组(38例)和根治术组(40例),比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、切口长度及5年生存率。结果:保乳术组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及切口长度均优于根治术组患者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后1、3、5年生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早期乳腺癌采用保乳术治疗相对改良根治术可减小对患者造成创伤,且同样可获得改良根治术治疗效果。

Objective：To analyze the treatment effect of early breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy treatment on early breast cancer.Method：The clinical data of 78 early breast cancer patients in our hospital for surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed.According to the surgical method they were divided into breast conserving surgery group（38 cases） and radical surgery group（40 cases）,the operative time,intraoperative amount of bleeding,hospital stay,incision length and 5-year survival rate were compared between the two groups.Result：The operative time,intraoperative amount of bleeding,hospital stay,incision length of the breast conserving surgery group were better than those of the radical surgery group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The differences in the survival rate of the two groups of patients after 1,3,5-year were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Breast conserving surgery for early breast cancer treatment can reduce trauma to the patient compared with modified radical mastectomy,and it has the same access to modified radical mastectomy treatment.
