摘要
为加强电力公司自主的营销服务渠道建设,优化渠道缴费模式,科学配置服务资源,提高营销服务的投入产出比,国网四川省电力公司开展了基于大数据分析的供电营业厅运营效率评估。工作以全业务统一数据中心的数据分析域为基础,提取各供电营业厅的关键数据,建立营业厅效率指标评估体系,根据不同阶段目标确立相应的数据分析模型,最终得出营业厅运营效率评估结果。结果证明,评估成果对分阶段性进行营业厅资源优化、有效地提升客户服务质量、降低企业成本,以及对树立企业形象、提升企业竞争力有重要的指导意义。
In order to strengthen the construction of independent marketing service channel,optimize charge mode and improve the input and output ratio of marketing services,State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company(SEPC) has launched an operation efficiency evaluation of power supply business hall based on big data analysis.Based on the data analysis of full domain service unified data center and using key data of each power supply business hall,this paper established an evaluation index system of business hall efficiency.According to the targets in different stages,the appropriate data analysis model was established,and the evaluation operating results of the business hall were obtained.The results proved that the evaluation results can effectively improve customer service quality and reduce enterprise cost,which is of great significance to establish the enterprise image and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
