电网企业信息网络多层次安全防护体系建设

Multi-Layer Security Protection System Construction of Information Network for Grid Enterprise

随着国家电网公司信息化建设的飞速发展,信息网络逐渐成为所有业务的基础支撑。如何最大程度地保障网络基础平台的安全可靠运行,是国网扬州供电公司一直以来所关心的问题。围绕此问题,国网扬州供电公司以国家电网公司统购的VRV、360等安全管理软件为基础,加强对准入控制、流量检测等技术的研究,结合多年的信息网络建设和运维管理经验,总结出了一套切实有效的信息安全管理方案,初步构建了多系统协同工作的多层次网络安全体系,并在扬州供电公司信息化平台的管理中进行试点,取得了较好的效果。

With the rapid development of information system in State Grid Corporation of China（SGCC）,information network becomes the basis of all businesses gradually.How to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the basic network platform is a concern that State Grid Yangzhou Power Supply Company.Aiming at this,the company has been working based on the security management software such as VRV and 360 which is issued by SGCC,strengthened the research on admission control,traffic detection technology,combined with years of information network construction and operation management experience,summed up a set of effective information security management scheme.Thus,A multi-level network security system with multi system cooperation was constructed,a pilot project was carried out in the management of the information platform of Yangzhou Power Supply Company and achieved good results.
