摘要
从故障码读取、性能测试、中位电压测试三方面研究某汽车EPS偶发无助力失效的原因,确定其失效原因为扭矩传感器信号异常。采取自动焊接设备焊接、电脑显微镜检查等措施,经测试性能试验合格。该措施提高产品质量,降低扭矩传感器故障率。
Causes of accidental power failure of EPS were studied from the fault code reading,performance testing and median voltage testing,and then,determined that abnormal signal of torque sensor is the failure cause.By adopting automatic welding,computer microscopic examination and other measures,the performance of EPS was qualified.Those measures can improve the quality of production,and reduce the torque sensor failure.
