新疆籽瓜机械化收获技术研究现状与展望

Research status and prospect of seed-melon harvesting machinery in Xinjiang

籽瓜是新疆重要的经济作物,在兵团农业产业结构中占有重要地位。设计符合新疆本土的籽瓜收获机械,对解放劳动力、提高农户收益、提高籽瓜收获效率具有重要意义。为此,整理分析相关专利文献,结合新疆市场上现有籽瓜收获机种类和使用情况,介绍几种较为典型的籽瓜收获机的结构及功能,探讨典型机型的优缺点,同时指出籽瓜收获机向一体化、智能化的发展趋势,为后续籽瓜收获机的研制提供一定的参考,以期对新疆籽瓜收获机的发展起到一定的促进作用。

Seed-melon is the important economic crop in Xinjiang,occupies an important position in agriculture industry.Designing a seed-melon harvester adapted to the requirements in Xinjiang,has great significance to liberating the labor force,improving farmers＇income and efficiency of harvest.Hence,related literatures of patents were arranged and analyzed.Combining with the type and applying status of the existing seed-melon harvester in Xinjiang,structure and function of several typical machines are introduced in this paper,and the advantages and disadvantages of them are discussed,and then,the development trend that seed-melon harvesting will become more integrated and intelligent is pointed out.The conclusions can provide references for the further development of seed-melon harvester,and promote the development of seed-melon harvester in Xinjiang.
