科技创新推动我国新型城镇化发展的内在机制

Internal Mechanism of Technological Innovation Promoting the Development of New Urbanization in China

新型城镇化的发展模式与传统城镇化的发展模式不同,它走的是一条集约、智能、绿色和低碳的发展道路,其中科技创新发挥了重要而基础性的作用。本文认为,从某种意义上讲,城镇化的质量和水平在很大程度上反映与体现了科技创新的力度与规模,因此,以科技创新带动和促进新型城镇化发展,并且以新型城镇化发展涵养和培育科技创新能力,已成为中国实现转型跨越发展、可持续发展的必由之路。

The development pattern of new-type urbanization is different because it is intensive, intelligent, green and low carbon, in which technological innovation plays an important and basic role.In a sense, the quality and level of urbanization reflect the scale and intensity of technological innovation.Promoting the development of new urbanization by technological innovation and cultivating technological innovational ability with new urbanization have become the only way for China to achieve leapfrog development and sustainable development.
